# Stakeholder impact analysis

> Understand readiness and engagement across your stakeholder population

The Stakeholder Impact Analysis report provides insights into stakeholder readiness, engagement, and distribution to help you prioritize change activities.

## Report sections

### Readiness distribution

Breakdown of stakeholders by readiness level:

| Level     | Color  | Meaning                       |
| --------- | ------ | ----------------------------- |
| Champion  | Green  | Actively supporting           |
| Ready     | Blue   | Prepared for change           |
| Aware     | Yellow | Understands but needs support |
| Resistant | Red    | Needs intervention            |

Track the shift in distribution over time.

### Influence matrix

Plot stakeholders on influence vs. support:

* **High influence, Low support** - Key targets for engagement
* **High influence, High support** - Champions to leverage
* **Low influence, Low support** - Monitor but lower priority
* **Low influence, High support** - Potential advocates

### Engagement scores

Distribution of engagement scores (0-100):

* Identify low-engagement segments
* Track improvements after interventions
* Compare across departments or groups

### Segmentation

Break down by:

* **Department** - Which areas need attention
* **Group** - Readiness by stakeholder group
* **Project** - Comparison across initiatives
