# Surveys overview

> Collect feedback and assess change readiness

Surveys in Leap Change help you gather stakeholder feedback and measure readiness for change. Use surveys to understand concerns, track sentiment over time, and identify who needs additional support.

## Survey types

Leap Change supports two survey types:

### Quick surveys

Single-question surveys for rapid pulse checks:

* One rating question (1-10 scale)
* Optional follow-up text field
* Fast to create and complete
* Good for regular check-ins

### Comprehensive surveys

Multi-section surveys for detailed assessment:

* Multiple sections with ordered questions
* Mix of rating and text questions
* Weighted scoring
* Suitable for formal readiness assessments

## Survey lifecycle

| Status     | Description                                    |
| ---------- | ---------------------------------------------- |
| **Draft** | Being created, not yet visible to stakeholders |
| **Open**   | Accepting responses                            |
| **Closed** | No longer accepting responses |

* **Response tracking** - See who has responded and who hasn't
* **Reminders** - Send follow-up invitations to non-responders
* **Real-time results** - View responses as they come in
