Extraction process
Step 1: Upload transcript
- Go to Change Impacts
- Click Import → From Transcript
- Select your transcript file
- Choose the associated project
Step 2: AI analysis
Leap Change processes your transcript and:- Identifies statements about changes
- Extracts current and future state descriptions
- Suggests severity levels
- Groups related mentions
Step 3: Review suggestions
You’ll see a list of suggested impacts:- Title - AI-generated title
- Description - Extracted details
- Confidence - How confident the AI is in the extraction
- Source quote - The transcript excerpt that triggered the suggestion
Step 4: Accept or reject
For each suggestion:- Accept - Creates the impact with the suggested details
- Edit and accept - Modify details before creating
- Reject - Discard the suggestion
- Merge - Combine with an existing impact
