How it works
When a stakeholder completes a survey:- Scores are calculated from their rating responses
- Readiness is determined based on score thresholds
- Stakeholder profile updates with the new readiness level
Readiness levels
| Level | Score range | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Champion | 9-10 | Actively supports and advocates |
| Ready | 7-8 | Prepared to adopt the change |
| Aware | 5-6 | Understands but needs support |
| Resistant | 1-4 | Skeptical or opposed |
Calculation method
For surveys with multiple questions:- Average all rating question scores
- Apply the threshold table above
- Update the stakeholder’s readiness level
Example
A stakeholder answers three questions:- Question 1: 7
- Question 2: 8
- Question 3: 6
Historical tracking
