Accessing project settings

  1. Open the project
  2. Click the Settings or Edit button
  3. Update the desired fields
  4. Save changes

Changing project status

Setting to Active

Active projects appear in the main project list and are included in reports.

Setting to On-hold

Use On-hold when:
  • Waiting for approvals
  • Resource constraints require delay
  • Dependencies aren’t ready
On-hold projects still appear in lists but are visually distinguished.

Archiving a project

Archive completed or cancelled projects:
  1. Open project settings
  2. Change status to Archived
  3. Save changes
Archived projects:
  • Don’t appear in default project lists
  • Remain accessible via filters
  • Preserve all historical data
  • Can be reactivated if needed

Linking to a program

To add a project to a program:
  1. Open project settings
  2. In the Program field, select the program
  3. Save changes
To remove from a program:
  1. Open project settings
  2. Clear the Program field
  3. Save changes

Deleting projects

Deleting a project permanently removes it and all associated data including stakeholder assignments, impacts, surveys, and tasks.
To delete a project:
  1. Ensure you have admin permissions
  2. Open project settings
  3. Click Delete project
  4. Type the project name to confirm
  5. Click Confirm delete
Consider archiving instead of deleting to preserve historical data.
