Billing settings require admin role.

Current plan

View your subscription details:
  • Plan name - Basic, Pro, or Enterprise
  • Billing cycle - Monthly or annual
  • Next billing date - When you’ll be charged
  • Amount - Subscription cost

Changing plans

Upgrading

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Upgrade Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm payment
  5. Changes take effect immediately
Upgrades are prorated—you pay the difference for the remaining billing period.

Downgrading

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower tier
  4. Acknowledge any feature limitations
  5. Change takes effect at next billing cycle
Downgrading may result in data limitations. If you exceed the new plan’s limits, you’ll need to reduce data before downgrading.

Payment methods

Adding a card

  1. Go to Payment Methods
  2. Click Add Card
  3. Enter card details
  4. Save

Updating default

  1. View payment methods
  2. Click Set as Default on your preferred card
  3. Future charges use this card

Removing cards

  1. Ensure another card is set as default
  2. Click Remove on the card to delete

Invoices

View and download past invoices:
  • Invoice date
  • Amount charged
  • Payment status
  • PDF download
Invoices are sent to the billing email configured in organization settings.

Usage

Track what you’re using:
  • Stakeholders - Current count vs. limit
  • Projects - Active projects vs. limit
  • AI requests - Monthly usage vs. quota
  • Team members - Current vs. limit

Enterprise billing

Enterprise customers have additional options:
  • Annual contracts
  • Custom pricing
  • Purchase orders
  • Invoiced billing (NET 30)
  • Dedicated success manager
