This guide walks you through setting up your organization in Leap Change and managing team access.

Creating your organization

When you first sign up for Leap Change, you’ll create your organization:
  1. Complete the registration process
  2. You’ll be prompted to name your organization
  3. Enter a clear, recognizable name
  4. Click Create organization
Your organization name can be changed later in settings.

Organization settings

Access organization settings:
  1. Click Settings in the sidebar
  2. Select Organization or navigate to Dashboard > Org

Basic information

  • Organization name: How your org appears throughout the platform
  • Timezone: Default timezone for scheduling
  • Industry: For benchmarking (optional)

Team management

Inviting team members

  1. Go to Dashboard > Org > Team
  2. Click Invite member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role:
    • Admin: Full access including settings and member management
    • Member: Standard access to initiatives and data
  5. Click Send invite
The invitee will receive an email with instructions to join.

Managing existing members

From the Team page:
  • View all organization members
  • Change member roles
  • Remove members from the organization

Billing management

Account settings

Manage your personal account:
  1. Click Settings in the sidebar

Profile

  • Update your name
  • Change your avatar
  • Set your job role
  • Update contact information

Appearance

  • Toggle between light and dark themes
  • Set your preferred color scheme

Security

  • Change your password
  • Enable two-factor authentication (if available)

Billing

Manage your subscription:
  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. View current plan
  3. Upgrade or change plans
  4. Update payment methods
  5. View billing history
Only organization admins can access billing settings.

Data and privacy

Data ownership

  • All data belongs to your organization
  • Data is isolated from other organizations
  • You can export your data at any time

Security measures

  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Role-based access control
  • Audit logging for sensitive actions
  • Regular security assessments
