Readiness levels
Stakeholders are categorized into readiness levels:| Level | Description |

| Champion | Actively supports and advocates for the change |
| Ready | Prepared and willing to adopt the change |
| Aware | Understands the change but needs more support |
| Resistant | Skeptical or opposed to the change |
Influence and support
- Influence - The stakeholder’s ability to affect others (Low, Medium, High)
- Support level - Their current stance on the change (from Resistant to Champion)
