Engagement metrics

Engagement score

Each stakeholder has an engagement score from 0-100, calculated from:
  • Survey responses
  • Communication interactions
  • Meeting participation
  • Activity history

Readiness levels

Stakeholders are categorized into readiness levels:

ChampionActively supports and advocates for the change
ReadyPrepared and willing to adopt the change
AwareUnderstands the change but needs more support
ResistantSkeptical or opposed to the change
Readiness levels are updated based on survey responses and manual assessment.

Influence and support

  • Influence - The stakeholder’s ability to affect others (Low, Medium, High)
  • Support level - Their current stance on the change (from Resistant to Champion)

Monitoring engagement

Stakeholder table

Use filters in the stakeholder table to identify:
  • Low engagement scores
  • Resistant stakeholders
  • Stakeholders who haven’t been contacted recently
  • High-influence stakeholders needing attention

Reports

The Stakeholder Impact Analysis report provides:
  • Engagement distribution across your stakeholder population
  • Readiness breakdown by department or group
  • Trends over time

Improving engagement

Use stakeholder segments to send relevant, personalized communications instead of one-size-fits-all messages.
Review survey responses and notes to understand specific concerns, then address them in follow-up communications.
Identify high-influence champions and involve them in communicating the change to others.
Set up recurring surveys to track readiness changes over time.
